When insulin is unable to lower blood sugar to normal levels, it results in abnormally high blood sugar levels. This condition can prove to be very dangerous for both mother and child. Premature Rupture of Membranes – It is normal for the membranes or amniotic sac that surrounds the baby to break during labor. However, premature rupture of the membranes due to infections can cause serious complications. Symptoms like early labor pain indicates this complication. It is a serious condition which requires urgent medical attention.
