There are 4 major branches of pathology. They are:
(i) Anatomic pathology: Concerned with testing of tissues, organs, and tumours.
(ii) Cytopathology: Related to the study of cellular changes and everything related to cells.
(iii) Forensic pathology: Doing autopsies and legal pathology tests.
(iv) Molecular pathology: Concerned with the study of DNA and RNA sequencing, genes, and genetics.
