You may be used to a fast-paced day where you just quickly gobble a few slices of toast before heading out. But it is important to take the time to have a proper breakfast. Breakfast plays the important role of re-energising your body after a long night’s sleep. As such, a good breakfast needs to be healthy and packed with energy giving nutrients.

Get your morning rush with this healthy and delicious smoothie. Blend frozen berries and bananas with yogurt and a liquid base like milk or juice. Freeze the mixture overnight and thaw it over a day.
