Brief Role:

• Ensuring efficient operation of the Plants and Machineries
• Overseeing Civil refurbishment tasks
• Responsible for taking appropriate engineering decision required to avoid operational hazard.
• Tracking the complaints and maintain a monthly tracker
• Accountable for preparation of PPM and SOP of Engineering department
• Oversee the performance of day to day Maintenance and Engineering works for all Trades in sub area/s assigned
• Following SOP and safety norms and taking appropriate precautions while operating and executing the works to avoid breakdown due to mishandling.
• Collecting and analyzing day to day Maintenance and Engineering reports
• Responsible for renewal of Government /Statutory body licenses
• Preparing renewal of CAMC/AMCs negotiation with vendors in presence of HOD, Purchase & Accounts.
• Ensuring the implementation of PPM and SOPs and supervise while servicing.
• Leading the Engineering Supervisors for any snags in services & managing crisis situations round the clock.
• Coordinating for plans for implementation of new projects
• Thorough maintenance of ETP pits and its related equipment and surroundings
• Supporting technical evaluation of offer to provide cost effective solution
