Congo resident regains ability to walk after spine surgery | Manipal Hospital Old Airport Road
Despite undergoing 5 previous surgeries for lumbar spine disease, 37-year-old Kahindo Kangitsi Furaha continued to struggle with two years of debilitating back pain that left her unable to walk. After a successful spine surgery performed using robotic technology under the care of Dr. S. Vidyadhara, Chairman & HOD, Spine Surgery and Consultant, Robotic Spine Surgery at Manipal Hospital Old Airport Road, Mrs. Kahindo regained her ability to walk independently within four hours post surgery. Mrs. Kahindo and her husband Mr. Jackson were thankful to Dr. Vidyadhara and the entire hospital staff for the surgery.
