NST for Fetal Well Being

NST for Fetal Well Being
A non-stress test (NST) is a common prenatal test used to check on a baby's health in the womb. During the NST, which is also known as fetal heart rate monitoring test, a baby's heart rate is monitored to see how it responds to the baby's movements. A NST is usually done after 26 weeks of pregnancy.
