  • Dr. Sourav Datta is a distinguished Senior Consultant & Director of Surgical Oncology at Manipal Hospitals Broadway,  with a career that spans more than 23 years in the medical field and over 12 years dedicated to oncosurgery. A specialist in head and neck cancer surgeries, Dr. Datta has earned wide recognition for his clinical expertise, surgical precision, and empathetic approach toward patient care. He obtained his MBBS from Nilratan Sircar Medical College & Hospital, under Calcutta University in 2002. He then pursued an MS in ENT from the prestigious Grant Medical College and JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, followed by a highly competitive HBNI Fellowship in Head and Neck Oncosurgery at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, in 2014. Additionally, he completed a Senior Research Fellowship in Head and Neck Oncosurgery, strengthening his academic and clinical foundation in complex oncologic surgeries.   • Dr. Sourav Datta is a distinguished Senior Consultant & Director of Surgical Oncology at Manipal Hospitals Broadway,  with a career that spans more than 23 years in the medical field and over 12 years dedicated to oncosurgery. A specialist in head and neck cancer surgeries, Dr. Datta has earned wide recognition for his clinical expertise, surgical precision, and empathetic approach toward patient care. He obtained his MBBS from Nilratan Sircar Medical College & Hospital, under Calcutta University in 2002. He then pursued an MS in ENT from the prestigious Grant Medical College and JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, followed by a highly competitive HBNI Fellowship in Head and Neck Oncosurgery at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, in 2014. Additionally, he completed a Senior Research Fellowship in Head and Neck Oncosurgery, strengthening his academic and clinical foundation in complex oncologic surgeries. In his current role, he also leads Medica Cancer Projects, where he is instrumental in driving strategic initiatives for cancer treatment and research in Eastern India.

His areas of expertise include endocrine surgery, oral and throat cancer treatment, skull base surgery, thyroidectomy, reconstructive surgery, and liver cancer management.   • Dr. Sourav Datta is a distinguished Senior Consultant & Director of Surgical Oncology at Manipal Hospitals Broadway,  with a career that spans more than 23 years in the medical field and over 12 years dedicated to oncosurgery. A specialist in head and neck cancer surgeries, Dr. Datta has earned wide recognition for his clinical expertise, surgical precision, and empathetic approach toward patient care. He obtained his MBBS from Nilratan Sircar Medical College & Hospital, under Calcutta University in 2002. He then pursued an MS in ENT from the prestigious Grant Medical College and JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, followed by a highly competitive HBNI Fellowship in Head and Neck Oncosurgery at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, in 2014. Additionally, he completed a Senior Research Fellowship in Head and Neck Oncosurgery, strengthening his academic and clinical foundation in complex oncologic surgeries. In his current role, he also leads Medica Cancer Projects, where he is instrumental in driving strategic initiatives for cancer treatment and research in Eastern India.
