Dr. Anurag Shetty is a compassionate doctor who takes time to understand patients’ concerns, provides clear explanations, and ensures proper treatment. His friendly nature and dedication make every visit comfortable. I truly appreciate his care and highly recommend him. My father consulted him, and although the waiting time was quite long (it was a busy Monday), the overall experience was positive. I would especially like to appreciate his coordinators, Rakshitha and Saira, for their excellent support. They were very helpful, provided complete information about procedures and timings, and managed the department efficiently even during a busy time. However, there is some scope for improvement. One of the male coordinators seemed less informed and was not able to assist effectively. Providing additional training, especially in communication and patient handling, would help improve the overall experience. Overall, Dr. Anurag Shetty and his team are doing a great job, and I sincerely thank them for their care and support.

Dr. Anurag Shetty is one of the best doctors I have ever consulted. From the very first visit, he made me feel comfortable and confident with his kind and friendly nature. He listens very patiently to all concerns and explains the problem and treatment in a very clear and simple way, which really helps patients understand their condition better. I would also like to thank the OPD coordinator, Rakshita ma’am, for her excellent guidance and support. We had not brought our previous consultation papers, but she helped us a lot and guided us properly throughout the process. Her helpful and caring attitude made a big difference. I sincerely thank Dr. Anurag Shetty, Rakshita ma’am, and the entire gastro team for their outstanding care and support. Highly recommended.

Dr. Anurag Shetty is one of the best doctors in the KMC Gastro department. He has saved my life many times. Whenever I come for consultation, sir treats me like his own family member. He is a very jovial and caring person. Whenever I feel depressed, he gives me strength and confidence. Thank you so much, sir, for your kindness and excellent treatment.
