  • Dr. Rituparna Biswas is an experienced and renowned Radiation Oncologist with more than ten years of post-MD clinical experience. After completing her MBBS from Medical College, Kolkata, Dr. Biswas pursued her MD in Radiotherapy from the prestigious Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (IPGMER), Kolkata, where she topped her final examinations in 2015.

  • She began her professional journey at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, as a Senior Resident in Radiation Oncology. During her tenure there, she gained extensive experience in advanced cancer treatment protocols, precision radiotherapy, and multimodal cancer care.

  • Her subsequent appointments included positions at Multiple Corporate Hospitals and Central Government institutes, where she served in both clinical and academic capacities. Currently, as an Assistant Professor at Malda Medical College & Hospital, Dr. Biswas continues to mentor students, conduct clinical research, and deliver high-quality, evidence-based cancer care.

  • Dr. Biswas believes that effective cancer treatment goes beyond technology — it requires empathy, education, and trust. She takes time to communicate clearly with her patients and their families, ensuring that every individual understands their diagnosis, treatment options, and long-term care plans.
