4. The “CRAP” diet:
If you are having a bad stomach, you can always try the “CRAP” diet (Cherries, Raisin, Apricot and Prunes). These are fibre rich food, which ease out the symptoms and provides you with a lot of energy.

Fennel helps in digestion, reduces gas and bloated feeling and also soothes an upset stomach. You can take it with tea or just munch on it; it is extremely effective in terms of stomach upset.

Applying heat on your stomach during a stomach upset helps control cramping and stomach ache. It boosts blood circulation and relieves you of pain.
